When I said that the folks who migrate can't admit that they got took I was not referring to the iPhone at all! Nor Apple! LOL!

The iPhone may be the best thing since sliced bread, but it has to connect to work.

I was referring the supposedly biggest wireless company now, AT&T/Cingular with that remark.

I know several things about wireless providers.

They all hire "script readers" for customer service.

They all will have dropped calls and network failures from volume.

None of them have 100% coverage.

Many folks won't switch providers unless something like the iPhone debut comes along, so the service they got, imperfect for all companies, will surprise when they do switch and realize what they had.

They all have a minimum 10 or 15 day trial period where you can return everything and get your money back for the phone and service with no giant early cancellation fee.

For many I think just a few percentage more dropped calls and busy networks will show them how good their past provider was.

But AT&T will be alot more than just a few percentage points, this I know from experience.

For those who switch use it hard and heavy during the trial period.

If you are happy wherever you are great!

Many won't be.
