Users want useability

There are a lot of comments here and in the press about "people don't need to pay
Apple's high price when they can get almost the same features in much cheaper
phones." What Apple excels in is making those same features useful, by making
them easier to use. How many people do you know use almost none of their
cellphone's features because they can't figure them out? The big difference in the
iPhone, that will hopefully push others to improve, is how simple it will be to use.
Of course, there is a "cool" factor, the much bigger and brighter screen will be
another plus, the highly patented touchscreen software will add to the
experience--but the basic improvement is getting the complexity out of the way
so users can make the most of their phones!
