Verizon IS delusional!!!!

Hear, hear! I've been a Verizon customer since 1993 and have, for the past couple of years, been thinking of changing service and taking my 6 family members with me when my contract is up in March. I've notified them as much, in writing, and am not turning blue waiting for a response. I sent them a laundry list of complaints, not the least of which included their phone selection, as well as the (somewhat) trivial complaint that they alter a phone's software so not all functions are available to the consumer (eg: personalizing the banner so it doesn't read "Verizon Wireless," which is plastered all over the exterior of their phones - why the hell do we have to constantly see it on the display, too???). Another of my peeves is the way you have to sign a new two-year agreement with any service change, usually raising the cost of service or switching to a sub-par plan. And don't get me started on the Family Plans and sharing minutes that don't rollover. I may not like AT&T much, but they're looking better and better to me.
