Solution: Refuse cell service to the ITC
This is a case of bureaucratic bungling by the ITC. It would be very interesting if all cell service providers refused to provide service to the ITC. Maybe that would get them off their high horse. I have not read the order but I think a more productive ruling would be to order Qualcom and Broadcom to agree on a licensing agreement and payment for past infringement. This order punishes end users, service providers, and phone manufacturers.
