- speaking of 'waisting' time
- It actually gets that point across in the first paragraph where it says that the ban is because of a ruling that patents were being infringed; no more infringement, no more ban. The rest of the article is discussing the ramifications and reactions to this ban. This is not 'span' because no one forced you to read it. If you consider reading this to be a 'waist' of your time, you may forgo the additional step of writing a comment which is much closer to spam than this - as you said - well written article.
