- I wish the cell manufacturers would be more forward acting with this - as developers of software for cellphones, we cant even buy the handsets that our customers in Europe are using now for testing purposes - this is really a very serious issue that needs to be resolved as quickly as possible. Hopefully this will lead to patent reform and the deletion of certain classes of patents, or the removal of patents completely. They are so anti-competitive and instead of fostering innovation, instead stagnate it.
