Quit it with the fancy buzzwords: "high-bandwidth broadband infrastructure"
When you read that, it is obvious that the writer is trying to impress by using buzzwords, but does not understand what they mean. He should know that "high-bandwidth" and "broadband" mean exactly the same thing, though "high-bandwidth" is a questionable expression.

How about just saying high-speed communications infrastructure. More people would understand what you are saying.
