- That is what I was saying when corporate law should be rewritten.
- I was just saying if I had to choose, I would rather see the concept of a corporation die rather than patents. Besides the posster above is always chanting death to patents. I was also saying that corporate law needs to be rewritten because they are out of control and no longer serve the people. Patents are not the problem, corporations are. What you are seeing, are patents being victimized by the corporation along with everything else.
