I seriously doubt that the framers of the constitution were socialistic. The problem is on how corporate law is written so that it can short circuit any law because of the loop holes in it and how sociopaths can operate freely.

Corporate law needs to be rewritten. I would rather see corporations die as a concept than patents. Patents are an extension of private property rights, whereas corporations are a way to avoid civil liability which by the way patents fall under.

Your sloganeering is too simplistic and you still have the corporation immune from proper behavior. It takes a boycott to bring them back. Maybe you really are one of those corporate types that want to raid the IP chest of others, for your idea will not solve the bad corporate behavior. It is also getting old.
