It's called Customer Service
And they don't have it, at all. I wanted to cut spending, so i sat down for over AN HOUR with a Sprint representative at the store figuring out a cheaper plan. Should have checked his numbers more thoroughly .

Come the next month, my price went UP 100 bucks, and i had LESS minutes. Sprints Answer? I signed the deal, tough.

I had to practically scream at a phone rep and thier manager for several hours before getting my old plan reinstated.

If i didnt have crappy credit, and could afford AT&T or T-Mobile, you bet your arse i would switch away.

Wonderful customer service
