Through my job as network security adviser I have come to know of several cases where some student or office worker sought to discredit a teacher or boss by planting kiddie porn or violence inciting material on the later's computer, then tipping the police. Since most simple minded authorities assume "possession is proof of guilt" it becomes YOUR task to prove that someone else anonymously placed the evil material where it shouldn't have been. de facto you are guilty until you prove your innocence. Basically this is un-constitutional, even if kiddie porners deserve to be drawn 'n quartered.
