Guilty of bad legal advise?
I am mystified as to how they figure that he is guilty and not "Robert Ramos". Was that argument even brought up? What proof existed that Perez was indeed Mr. Rob Ram? Was the computer in question in a common area of the house or were there several computers in the house? Did Ramos also have a computer? Maybe a laptop with Wi-Fi (makes sense to me to have Wi-Fi for your notebook)? If it was in a common area, then why would Perez be tagged and not Ramos? The CDs that were found ... were they in his room or in a common area (even though they state "Perez's area of the house")? Oh well, I thought that it was a lame excuse to point to the Wi-Fi and say that it could be someone else. Why not point to Ramos and say "Dude, you are doing kiddy-porn in My house?" I hope that they appeal this on up and he gets better representation ... then again, maybe he should rot in jail,
