The correct future, VOIP vs Verizon
The Baby Bells emerged in the 80's with the break up of AT&T, Verizon was one of
those baby bells. That was the beginning of the consumer having their "way"
because of true competition. With the emergence of cell technology and the
consumer benefiting from competition, now long distance rates are the thing of the
past. Isn't it interesting that Verizon has "had" so called patients on the technology
of VOIP, but never offering it to the consumer? Their "monoply" was making them
rich. I could "blog" for pages, but let's hope the courts will understand that the "air"
we breathe is "free" and the electrons used in sending this email should never be for
a corporation's profit.
