Verizon does never want any competition.
All those Verizon's patents should be invalidated.

Verizon is a crybaby, as far as I can tell.

With a non-technical-knowledge judge (no offense) and a flood of patents flowing to the Patent Office, this whole patent system is all mixed up -- for the reason, in my opinion, that the laws and the Patent Office have not been catching up to the latest in technology.
