"Putting a halt to commerce is not an answer to infringement "...however...
...putting a halt to theft of patents IS the answer in this case apparently. Why should Vonage continue to profit from stolen materials? And any time someone uses someone else?s patent technology for their own enrichment, without the authorization of the patent holder, that is stealing...period.
