- Why just Uganda, Rural access is about the same suffers the same since the mega-consolidation, new users are priced out Wi-Fi is certainly very practical for rural america, specifically MS, AK,MO, etc, despite the leaps in technology access for millions in rural America is simply not available or affordable.
