Intel Stop it Now
Lets face facts. Wi-Fi is obsolete technology and we do not help those in developing villages by dumping obsolete technology on them. The lessons leard in dumping obsolete telephone technology on developing nations should not be forgotten. As I read the article I see only the justification of leagals desparate to explain how thier clients can do wrong and on paper not look so. Investment in technology is risky because no consumer was ever harmed by waiting for the next technology to replace it. Their should be investors loosing money on WiFi right now. This is correct and if it doesn't happen there is consumer harm of the kind that requires governments to take action. Lets see legistation prohibiting new installation of WiFi. Lets see it now.
