That's The Stupidest Thing I've Heard

1) Vonage will be given the opportunity to pay Verizon for use of the patents.

Or

2) Vonage will come up with a workaround (assuming it's cheaper than #1)

Or

3) The judge will hold the hard line, however, will give Vonage x-period of time to notify all customers of any impending issues and give them time to switch services.

End of story.

Your sensationalist comments smack in the face of true reality.
