1) Vonage will be given the opportunity to pay Verizon for use of the patents.

Or

2) Vonage will come up with a workaround (assuming it's cheaper than #1)

Or

3) The judge will hold the hard line, however, will give Vonage x-period of time to notify all customers of any impending issues and give them time to switch services.

End of story.
