Here's how it's probably going to go down.

Seeing that the stock is now worthless, the only move for Vonage at this point is to file for bankruptcy. Then they can simply sell all assets to Verizon to end this dispute once and for all.

The customers will win as they are now being served by Verizon, and the rest of us win as we don't have to see any more dopey Vonage ads on TV anymore. grin
