Actually just software and business method patents
Patents for software and business methods are a pox on industry. Thay do absolutely nothing to encourage innovation and everything to stifle it. The basic problem is that they are all basically "obvious". If you ask 10 software people a question and within a day several of them come up with the "patented" answer, then the patent was "obvious", obviously. For example, I have heard that the arrangement of a program guide with channels on one axis and times on another is patented! It's a matrix dammit. The concept was invented centuries ago.

Grayson seems to have an anger management issue.
