quick and easy use and DRM can never coincide. this exec is wrong. maybe we
should boycott his products for a few months so he'll understand the big picture. when consumers buy something mobile, they want to take it anywhere anytime. DRM prevents (or makes it hard to do) that from happening. i'll never buy something online that i can't play anywhere. i was a member of Emusic until some bozo took over and made it too expensive. i take the agreement i made with them seriously. those files are on an external drive and will only get burned to 1 disk at a time. no drm means i play fair. drm means i don't play. so he can take his drm-phone with him to the lake.
