I have the same feelings about Sprint as the others above...
I've posted my story in its entirety in the past, but to make a long story short, Sprint's customer service screwed up my account three separate times within 24 short hours. The reason for the initial call was a simple address change, but I discovered my phone to be disabled shortly after that. The last problem they created is something I can live with for a few months until my contract is up and I can switch to a better carrier without penalties. (Not worth the risk of discovering what else they can mess with...) Come on, July!

It's too bad - I have a lot of friends who work for Sprint (I'm an ex-employee), and I wish no harm to them, but the company shot itself in the foot when it tried to cut corners on customer service. Inept agents are any company's worst enemy.
