Customer Service?

I've only had my Sprint phone for 3 months. I purchased the $4/mo international plan to call my daughter in england. They tried to charge me .37/min instead of .06/min. I had to explain their own plan to the customer service rep because they didn't understand it. Because their billing system trunkates dialed numbers at 10 digits it thought I was dialing another cell phone...it couldn't tell it was land line in England. Still waiting for my credit.
