Sprint / Nextel
Their revenues are following their customer service, lackluster & underperforming at best. I was a loyal Sprint customer for almost 10 years. The last 2-3 years have been miserable. They will generally not work with you to resolve a problem and that chases customers away. I've heard much about it and I will not be renewing my Sprint contract when it is up. You need to give a little to keep customers happy. Yes you may lose a little revenue but you keep the customer, you keep their ongoing revenue, and you keep their goodwill which gets relayed to others. The next time I have a problem they won't work with me on I will be willing to pay $100 per line to leave. Now what does that say when a customer is willing to pay you to stop doing business with you?
