From a Time Warner perspective, what we customers want is:
1) The services we do have access to, to actually WORK.
2) To pay a REASONABLE price for those working services.
3) To not be nickeled and dimed to death for basic services.
Once the companies have that nailed down, THEN lets work on the niceties like combined billing and adding new services. - Posted by: ejhonda Posted on: 01/04/07 You are currently: a Guest | Members login | Terms of Use
