Eventually, all of us: Hi Brian,
the experience others make should help us not to go into the same errors, beyond good intentions. IMHO, that's the positive thing about this article.
I share the rationale in your comment: ZDNet has some other local editions (e.g. UK). Anyway, there are texts that should be generated in a more "world wide way", if you allow me the use. Lacks a more WWW point of view, surprisingly.
