Most US counties blew their E911 budget
Many counties in the US blew their E911 funds on other things and then blamed the wireless carriers for not being ready. Now they are scrambling to get things implemented while the carriers wait.

Some of the largest counties in Ohio have no E911 while many rural counties now have it. I'm glad to see that the FCC realizes that the delay is not due to the wireless carriers.
