US 911 System - Who cares?
I think your articles have a world wide audience; usually they have whole world coverage. Why then do you use up your headline space with a parochial article about some difficulty in America with dialling the emegrency services? A world wide review - most countries have had probems extending their 999/911 service to mobiles and VoIP systems - would make sense. But I honestly couldn't give a stuff about a purely US problem. And I think the other 95% of your world wide audience probably feel the same.
