Sorry, but this a dumb statement.......

I'm sorry and I wish things had turned out differently for the Kim family, but you could say that things might have been different if call boxes were installed every 50 ft on all roads. Unfortunately this is not realistic, cost effective, or smart. When I go somewhere, especially remote areas, I don't expect the phone to function nor do I rely on it for my salvation. Bear and elk are incapable of installing cell phone towers so I wouldn't just expect them to be there. I have an equally useless "expert" statement. More people would be saved at sea if cost guard ships patrolled every square inch of ocean. Not realistic, not feasable, not possible. Sometimes people have to learn to be responsible for themselves and not always rely on a device or help to deal with a situation. Honestly, as a cell phone customer, I don't want to have to pay the bills for cell phone towers installed in the middle of nowhere.
