With the existing towers, if they could just store the customers routs for
a reasonable length of time, that would help a lot. In the case of James Kim that would have saved his life. Well, in emergencies, that information would also have to be available to the police much quicker as well. Why did it take so many days for the police to get the information about the text message to James Kim? That delay cost a life.
