The best solution to cell phones in the theatre

Is to install a jamming device so that a person inside the theater will get the "no service" message on their phone. Other than that, you could impose fines on people who use their phones inside a theater and create a disturbance. I have nothing against cell phones, but there is a time and a place for them. Some behaviors should not be tolerated inside an establishment that you have to pay to get into. Just ask PeeWee Herman...
