The whole reason that we had to mess with Iran back in 70's was because OPEC was trying to rape wealthy countries.

The US is in the middle east because of oil. The middle east hates the US because of Israel.

The middle east needs a serious butt whooping in order to convince the islamic countries that they lost to Israel in several wars because they were weaker. Its how its been since people were throwing sticks at each other.

I'm sick of all these peace loving, naive idiots who don't understand that that junk doesn't work when dealing with violent, revenge ridden zealots.

The underlying principle of ANY conflict is survival.
