Well there are KEY differences.....
4 years vs 2 years. President Clinton was very effective dealing
with the Republican Congress. This congress has not been all that
effective before "the pople" told them to pack it in and why would
we think they will be effective in a mere two months time?

I also don't think even at his worst Bill Clinton managed to match
GW's negatives.
