I realize that most people will have monthly plans for unlimited messaging.

Cell phones are still imperfect. The main focus has been on adding features, gizmos, etc that enable people to spend more of their money.

Seems to me they are making truckloads of profits yet the original purpose of the cell phone, making calls, is still as bad in certain spots where I live as it was 5 years ago. And its not because there are hills, valleys, trees, or pick your excuse to cause the problem.

I had no idea that text messaging was the cash cow that it is, hence I don't respect companies that milk their customers for cash.
