Good and Motorola
It will be very interesting to see how Motorola plans to market good and if they are going to force the carriers to help them establish marketshare or try and set up a dealer channel. If they go the dealer route they will have a lot of bridges to repair as evidenced from partners, even last night at the Sprint partner summit, who still are being billed incorrectly by Good.

Secondly, Good?s books are completely messed up and I think Motorola will have to spend substantial time and money to audit and clean up them before bringing them in to the Motorola family. My guess is they purchased Good for $100-$150 million which will make Kleiner Perkins, Benchmark and the over V.C.?s very happy.
