Yay! A win for the public, finally!
The airport would gladly scalp the average joe out of $7.95 to use wireless, and CAL generously stood up and offered free wireless, recognizing that its travelers pay enough for the flight and that this is a nice value-add to give. The airport sues, and is shot down - it was relying on bullying its way into a monopoly position to be the sole WiFi provider...in order that it could scalp those who provide its income.
