How Are They Going to Tackle the 60Ghz Range Issue
Interesting concept - are they going to be putting repeaters in all over the place. The power of satellite radio, aside from no commercials, is the HUGE footprint. So when one travels long distances (a very common activity for us North Americans) they suffer no signal loss, or quality degradation - no commercials is a bonus. At 60Ghz, how far will we be able to travel outside of the core of any city before the signal is lost or degraded?
