Disagree, different markets.
Why buy anything at Bang & Olufsen when you can just get a CD-Player with stero speakers for $15 at WalMart?

The article is about how their business products are finding their way into your normal consumer market. I believe they're trying to expand their brand name to include the high-end consumer.

At the low-end, cheap spectrum you'll have Linksys, and at the high-end, high-quality spectrum you'll Cisco products.

As an example, I would imagine they'll be pushing their Cisco products in real estate as more and more homes are integrating network features such as Power over Ethernet and IP Phones.
