TalkBack 1 of 1:
Global Crossing, Deutsche Telkom, T-mobile USA, Microsoft
Global Crossing is one of the few Microsoft investments that didn't pan out. The firm went bankrupt with assets going to the almost bankrupt Deutsche Telkom who avoided bankrubsy with I believe loans from Microsoft and purchased T-mobile USA. The deal Microsoft made with Deutsche Telkom that could not be refused (like I said I remember a loan) probably required DT to introduce Microsoft's TV media player to the German market - which it did, hold on to T-mobile and front for Microsoft technology in the future with a wireless auction bid. Let no one say that the EU antitrust commision isn't right on top of this. DT will be introducing primarily .Net technology to the T-mobile USA subscribers and the media player will be Microsofts.

Judge KK, get your gloves one. Round 10 begins.
