I didn't misquote anything. I added the Homer Simpson comment because that particular thread was locked. The "Cheese eating surrender monkeys" is from a Simpsons episode. Nice try. It was quite the joke with the mouth breathers at work when it aired slightly after the start of our glorious war.


I understand the topic quite well. The braodband providers want to be able to charge for tiered service and their bought and paid for Republican puppets want to kill a bill that will stop this. Their plan for tiered service goes against the spirit of what the Internet has always been and hopefully will continue to be. It was morons like you who argued against the deregulation of the telephone monopoly. I'll bet you like the much lower phone bill you get now, huh? Thanks to a few rare politicians with foresight and brains. There are NO absolutes in life or politics. Government oversight or intervention is NOT always a bad thing. Don't waste your keyboard time arguing against this, you'll just end up looking like a bigger a$$ than you already do.
