Spot on!
People seem to forget that their cable - unless they have a dish, which some areas don't support (let's not forget that DSL isn't available everywhere, as well) - is a selective monopoly. If I want TV and internet in my locale, it's either Tele-Media (a subsidy of Adelphia), or I screw off. No other choices; we live in a valley where dish access is inconsistent at best, and our DSL providers don't reach out to us.

This Net Neutrality thing is very short sighted. Yes, it's possible for companies to decide that they want to limit access to sites that don't cater to their best interests, or tell you "wnat to come here? UPGRADE~. But you know what? Guess what will happen if Net Neutrality - the kind that bleeding hearts seem to be expousing on while frolicking through their favourite daisy field - through. I'll tell you; everyone will be throttled down to a rediculously low level (so everyone can have enough bandwidth), while costs stay the same. Things will get WORSE, I guarantee it.
