Trojan Horse
This bill is one big Trojan horse, it hardly does a thing about net neutrality while seeking to create and enforce both an analog and digital broadcast flags. These will cripple every electronic device sold in this country. It will provide a means to end all free speech and any possible form of fair use. Why this bill even has a chance is beyond me. It is one big trap set by the a media industry too stupid to realize that once you create a tool to that can control all communication that someone will misuse it. How dare the RIAA and MPAA seek to command a whole population on what they can see, hear and do. What is the sense in providing such draconian levels of protection for an form of expression if it destroys the very freedoms that allowed that form of expression to happen in the first place. It is perverse.
