This reminds me of the not-so-old OEM habit...
...of advertising a "blindingly fast" computer with the "all-new Pentium 233MHz CPU"...but including only 16 or 32 MB of RAM. Yes, blindingly fast, until you want to run more than just Windows 95 in DOS mode.
