Graphics card?
Here's a clue - when it comes to browsing the web, I would *certainly* put DNS response time *far* above how fast your graphics card is able to render an image in the scheme of things that make a perceptible speed difference.

That has to be one of the most ridiculous comments I've heard all year. Slow DNS servers make a difference, and DNS servers that fail to respond the first time or drop the request make an even bigger difference.
