...If you already have a phone number waiting, you can put the number in to see if it is available. There is a waiting/notification list selection, as well.
They have fiber buried to within a couple of miles of my house. I periodically re-sign up for notification!!
I can get almost double the bandwidth for what I pay Adelphia right now. I have Adelphia fiber to the local bridge in the front (neighbor's) yard, and have at least 5 Mbps during the evenings, but want more, or to pay less for the same equivalent bandwidth.
I think Lance on PC Mag (another Ziff Davis site) ran a story on his FIOS installation and TV was not yet ready.
