Tax for the Wealthy
I read in the article that it started as a Tax for the Wealthy but it is certainly not the case now.
Telephones entered the mainstream many years ago and
and so it ended up a Tax on all users.
Or am I wrong
So yes,I guess you are right.
we all end up paying one way or the other.
I figure The Democrates never complained because all customers were involved.
Not just the wealthy.
remember also that many past Republican governments could have repealed this Tax and Did not so it is not neccersary to label one side of the Political divide as the villains on this subject
