I'm not sure what you mean...
...about "benefits afforded from county and state taxes, let alone fed taxes," but it's not like they have special "rich folk" lanes on the highways, or the Army does a more diligent job protecting the rich than they do the poor.

It just seems to me that in a country where "all [people] are created equal," where the rule is "one [person], one vote," where "everyone is entitled to equal protection under the law," everyone ought to have equal obligations under the law.
