What a load of bunk!

Look, if the information is in question, the court judge can review it and make a determination and even have parts removed if needed. This hiding of SPYING ON THE AMERICAN PUBLIC ILLEGALY must not be allowed to happen or allowed to simply thumb it's nose at the laws or the courts.

Consider this, the people out there that want to hurt the US will assume the entire story is true if the government is allowed to slam the door shut on this case. At that point there is no "threat to national security", the damage has already been done. In fact at this point that genie has left the bottle and there is no going back. Regardless of the courts actions the world believes its true.

The ONLY excuse or reason to not allow it to come forward in a court of law is because the government knows it has broken the law and there are going to be heads served on platters over it. In truth I believe the heads we are talking about belong to the President's Administration.

If you truely are fed up with the loss of our freedoms NOW is the time to let your elected reps know it and do it in no uncertain terms! With Bush's horrible approval ratings even his old friends in Congress can't ignore this if the public speaks out.
