- Ford already did it.
- Amazon rubber plantations that failed. They also made the machines that made the bolts to put their cars together. They bought PPG for their auto glass. The daughter married a Firestone for an alliance and much stock was owned. But no one could control the market like JD Rockefeller. It would be nice if companies would focus on their core business.
