Its OK to put Makeup on, but no betting ...

I have seen women, at least they looked like women, putting on their makeup while driving on the freeways here in California, but I have never seen anyone using their phone to bet online.
Imaging the scourge --- betting while waiting in line at a movie house.
What will be the next thing we must stop?
Why not place a law against flatulence in public?
I guess that would make most of our politicians out-laws! Because that is what seems to exhude from their mouths so many times.
I guess I will have to work a way around creating an internet betting system that defies these stupid laws.
Who gave these idiots the right to make my choices of entertainment against the law?
I am with Cheney was just hunting the right game, but out of season.
